Integrating Check Valves
Hot Products Engineering Inc is a design and OEM company with deep connections to racers using competing products. We've listened and designed the least restrictive, lightest Integrating Check Valve in the market. Specifically, our fail-safe design relies on metallic, labyrinth seal check valve mechanism. The CNC machined, internal pivot, seat and flapper are made from aluminum, stainless steel and bronze. There are no external fasteners or rubber so they are maintenance free.
Integrating Check Valve - Designed to be installed into the lower radiator hose. Available in 1-1/2" and 1-3/4" diameters. Overall length is 5" (125mm), requiring 2-1/2" of hose section removal. Supply and return ports have female, #8 O-ring boss details and are fitted with color coded, male dry break fittings. Rubber dust caps and European style, embossed hose clamps included.

Integrating Check Valve - Designed to be installed into (a lower) cooling system line. Lightweight, CNC machined, billet 6061 aluminum. Available in #12 and #16 male A.N. (flow-through) fitting sizes. Overall length is 4.75" (120mm), Body length is 3" (75mm). Supply and return ports have female, #8 O-ring boss details and are fitted with color coded, male dry break fittings. Rubber dust caps included.

Eaton Aeroquip male quick disconnect fittings - Replacement for original Integrating Check Valves used with "Classic" model systems. These have a 1/2" female NPT thread detail. These can be used with (#8ORB type) our Integrating Check Valves. See adapter P.N. (below).

Power Splitter
Power Splitter - Provides power to our PRO heating unit from 2 each, 110 volt outlets. Unit can operate on mode 1 using a single 110V plug or total power by plugging in both 110V plugs into independent breaker protected outlets.
